The EasySeat Original is a bicycle saddle (not an ISM) which is adjustable and consists of 2 parts which can be rotated apart. This makes it a very versatile and comfortable saddle.

Since the turn of the century almost every bicycle saddle is based on the same design, the saddle. It is an efficient design for cyclists, but causes discomfort and pain. The Easyseat is designed to bring comfort and joy back to cycling and sports.

The Easyseat has always been more comfortable than any other saddle, but the new edition is even more stable. With an improved contour for better support and a unique padding configuration, there is no friction.

The body is supported where it is needed most. This unique design completely eliminates the central horn, which is the cause of discomfort in many conventional saddles. The two separate cups support and protect the body’s pressure points, reducing chafing, pain and numbness.

Easyseats are easy to adjust and are built to last. Lateral adjustment of the cups is accomplished by loosening the thumbscrews and sliding the cups along the support tube to the desired width. The slope is adjusted as with any regular saddle.

NOTE: The best position for the saddle is sitting upright with the handlebars facing up.

The original Easyseat has adjustable (width) pads that move independently while pedaling for superior comfort. Since 1982 – over 650,000 sold and still growing. Although this is Hobson’s oldest model, the benefits it offers you, the rider, are equal to any of their more expensive products. Simply put, this saddle will eliminate all pressure and cycling related aches and pains by placing the rider’s weight solely on his/her sit bones. This is a true unisex bicycle saddle.

This saddle mounts with a standard seatpost clamp – you should be able to use your existing seatpost clamp.

Suitable city bikes electric bikes and hybrids.

Do not be tempted to purchase another brand of saddle. No other brand offers complete relief from the front and middle area. EasySeat is not based on measurement of sit bones. In our opinion, especially for use with city bikes, electric bikes and hybrid bikes, the measurement of sit bones is completely useless!

A) None of these saddles is narrower than the widest measurement of sit bones.

B) Any (somewhat) experienced bike shop/salesman/advisor can reasonably estimate what distance is going to come out of the measurement as soon as they come in.
