The ISM Metro Saddle
Based on the Urbaine saddle, the ISM Metro saddle features a higher level of padding. This is ideal for riders that don’t want to wear padded cycling shorts, or who simply prefer more cushion. The Metro is perfect for hybrid bikes, spin bikes, road bikes, commuting, or anything with a more upright seating position – and loved by riders that don’t want a super wide saddle.
Like all ISM saddles, the Metro is nose-less and designed to remove pressure from soft tissue, ensuring maximum blood flow, no genital numbness, and a healthier, more enjoyable ride.

How long should my first ride be?
It is wise to let the first ride be shorter than usual. Build up this distance slowly. Because it is a different saddle than a conventional saddle, the body will have to get used to it first.
What should I do when ISM feels too wide?
If this is the case, it is recommended that you move the saddle slightly backwards. It could also be that the saddle is too high, in this case lower the saddle step by step.
What if my saddle can't go further back?
This is where people sometimes run into problems. What needs to be done. This requires a setback-style seatpost, some bikes have a double-sided option. The setback position is often used here with ISM saddles.
