How to Install an ISM Saddle

A well assembled ISM saddle fits better than any other saddle, so take the time to mount this saddle. On this page you will find several instructions and videos about mounting the saddle.

Have a saddle mounted?

Expert saddle fitting is available from us or from one of our dealers at an additional cost of €25. This includes fitting, advice and any subsequent adjustment.

Assembly videos and assembly instructions

An overview of assembly videos can be found here.

How long should my first ride be?

It is wise to let the first ride be shorter than usual. Build up this distance slowly. Because it is a different saddle than a conventional saddle, the body will have to get used to it first.

What should I do when ISM feels too wide?

If this is the case, it is recommended that you move the saddle slightly backwards. It could also be that the saddle is too high, in this case lower the saddle step by step.

What if my saddle can't go further back?

This is where people sometimes run into problems. What needs to be done. This requires a setback-style seatpost, some bikes have a double-sided option. The setback position is often used here with ISM saddles.

What should I do if I still have problems?

In this case, you can always call or contact us. For more information about this, please refer to this page.
