- The saddle is suitable for an upright sitting position (city and electric bikes).
- It is a saddle that is wider than the men’s version because the female sit bones are further apart.
- Dual shock absorption ensures absorption of unevenness in the road.
- The double foam in the saddle provides a soft seating position.
- There is a recess in the middle which gives space for the 0-zone, this works pressure relief for the pubic area. In addition, this open 0-zone provides cooling.

How long should my first ride be?
It is wise to let the first ride be shorter than usual. Build up this distance slowly. Because it is a different saddle than a conventional saddle, the body will have to get used to it first.
What should I do when ISM feels too wide?
If this is the case, it is recommended that you move the saddle slightly backwards. It could also be that the saddle is too high, in this case lower the saddle step by step.
What if my saddle can't go further back?
This is where people sometimes run into problems. What needs to be done. This requires a setback-style seatpost, some bikes have a double-sided option. The setback position is often used here with ISM saddles.
