How long should my first ride be?
It is wise to let the first ride be shorter than usual. Build up this distance slowly. Because it is a different saddle than a conventional saddle, the body will have to get used to it first.
What should I do when ISM feels too wide?
If this is the case, it is recommended that you move the saddle slightly backwards. It could also be that the saddle is too high, in this case lower the saddle step by step.
What if my saddle can't go further back?
This is where people sometimes run into problems. What needs to be done. This requires a setback-style seatpost, some bikes have a double-sided option. The setback position is often used here with ISM saddles.

I weighed the saddle and it comes in at 450 grams, which is very light for such a comfortable saddle.
It is a thick, foam-like saddle that absorbs all bumps and potholes well, so you don’t have to avoid them.
The saddle cover is slightly rough to prevent slipping, so that doesn’t bother me either.
No pinching problems due to the flat saddle; adjustment must be just right to sit comfortably, and delivery of the product was fast.

Ich habe den Sattel gewogen und er wiegt 450 Gramm, was für einen so bequemen Sattel sehr leicht ist.
Es ist ein dicker, schaumstoffartiger Sattel, der alle Unebenheiten und Löcher gut abfedert, sodass man ihnen nicht ausweichen muss.
Der Sattelbezug ist etwas rau, um ein Verrutschen zu verhindern, was mich aber nicht stört.
Keine Druckstellen dank des flachen Sattels, die Einstellung muss genau richtig sein, um bequem sitzen zu können, und die Lieferung des Produkts erfolgte schnell.

J’ai pesé la selle et elle pèse 450 grammes, ce qui est très léger pour une selle aussi confortable.
C’est une selle épaisse et moelleuse qui absorbe bien toutes les bosses et les nids-de-poule, ce qui vous évite de devoir les éviter.
Le revêtement de la selle est légèrement rugueux pour éviter de glisser, ce qui ne me dérange pas.
Pas de problèmes de pincement grâce à la selle plate, le réglage doit être parfait pour pouvoir s’asseoir confortablement et la livraison du produit a été rapide.

Ik heb het zadel gewogen en komt op 450 gram, dat is heel licht voor zo’n comfotabele zadel.
Het is een dikke schuimachtige zadel die alle hobbels en kuilen goed absorbeert waardoor je deze ook niet hoeft te ontwijken.
Het zadeldek is ietjes ruw om glijden te voorkomen, daar heb ik dus ook geen last van.
Geen afknel problemen vanwege het vlakke zadel , afstellen moet precies goed zijn om fijn te kunnen zitten en levering va het product was snel.

Ho pesato la sella e pesa 450 grammi, che è molto leggero per una sella così comoda.
È una sella spessa e morbida che assorbe bene tutti i dossi e le buche, quindi non è necessario evitarli.
Il rivestimento della sella è leggermente ruvido per evitare che scivoli, quindi non ho alcun problema.
Nessun problema di schiacciamento grazie alla sella piatta, la regolazione deve essere perfetta per stare comodi e la consegna del prodotto è stata veloce.
